We have not run out of storage.. and I'm using it a little more than usual this year.

We have already started to see some basis improvements.. and I just question if guys are as broke as this data set was calibrated upon.  A lot of the weak hand farmers have left.. those of us that remain can be very strong holders.. especially from such cheap levels.

I'm in a strong position that between the insurance RA claims and the forward contracts.. I really do not need any cash flow till next summer.  I suspect that I am not alone.  Shoot there's guys with a lot deeper pockets the moi.

The Processors are trying to push a normal basis.. like whatever under a crappy futures price..  Last time I looked Wichita was under $9.00 I don't care how it improves.. basis.. futures or both.. but I still believe they are about $2.50 undervalued.. on the beanies.  Who knows..???  but it is making harvest go a little faster coming home to storage.
