After looking at old parts manuals on AMADAS website, it looks like the 8557 had the CDS and small shaker pan.

go to this link and look at page 28 in the manual. The CDS replaces the shaker pan with rotating shafts, much like the stemmer saws but not as aggressive. the disk are offset on every other shaft, and they just roll the material right out the back, instead of shaking it out the back. If you see a 6 row Amadas picker at a dealership, go look in the back of it.

Cant remember the model, but I know it does have the conveyor chain. Where are you located? Email me if you want.
