I don't think that is going to work without a crowd gait in your "bud box".
If you move your work alley east the width of the sorting alley and get rid of the small wasted pen on the east end then your box would be more of a "bud box". This will give you a longer sorting alley if you leave the gait tied open into the box, this will make your sorting alley a L shape giving you a lot more room for sorting.
