Can you elaborate a little on your Ranger problems?
We've had 4 of them now with no major problems. Actually no minor problems in recent years. The earlier model with carb & choke was PIA for starting, but since fuel injection, they're trouble free. We don't plow with ours or anything like that, but we do "use" them.
