Monett Missouri | I built one last winter. It is 12'x16'. alleyway is 20' long then squeeze chute. Mine works well.4 ir 5 cows at a time. Most of the trouble I have when using it is with my help. I tell them don't put more cattle in the box than the alley will hold. Then they do as they please(8hd in box) and complain about it not having crowd gates in it. They try and keep the alley full all the time by adding a cow every time I get one worked and turned out. Not the best. All in-all out of the box works best. I haven't had an animal yet that refused to go out of the box. worst problem that I had was a heifer that was blind in left eye and didn't want to turn left to go up the alley.
