IL. | wow I didnt mean to start a rant war, some of the post WERE very helpful, and no I am not a rural postal delivery carrier, but that has nothing to do with it, if it was because it was a manufactured home than say so and for some posters info. this home is very well built and still SOLID, it's just the wifes turn for something nice, and neither one of us wanted to go into debt of 200 grand or more for a new home but to attack my cridit rating which like I said was over 800 and claim my other loans were too recent and high thats another story, I'm just upset about the way they turned me down thats all i spent my whole life building up my reputation and good credit, hell when I was 17 I bought my first tractor with a hand shake, he told me when I get it home call and give him the Serial number, but that was many yrs. ago thanks again for some solid advise and opinions.
