Somebody was offering machinery notes less than real estate loans a few years ago. Firm is in above posts. Thought I could shorten my land loan with the better income we were having, so I gave them a tractor for a note and paid off the land note. No prepayment penalty. Last payment this spring.
ps this was supposed to be at the bottom a lot further down than here
