Tennessee | Never seen the Hank Parker fishing show until recently. Mind you, I don't claim to be an expert on producing fishing and hunting programs. But goooood grieeeeef his show is IRRITATING!
Normal shows over the years don't have all the post commentary taped over the actual footage of fish being weighed or landed. One I used to watch before the original owner passed away, would fit in as much of the actual fishing footage that commercials allowed for and it was ONLY at the END that the host would explain all the detailed stuff.
But Hank Parker's show takes away from the fishing to such an extreme that viewers have to see more of his face than any fishing. I tried to tolerate watching it a second time today, but for some reason the tv channel got changed in under a minute. Lol
I know I'm not the only fisherman who feels this way about that show. Whew, glad I got that off my chest.:-)
