By taking down the lights in front of cab I was able reach under the roof and bolt down a steel plate to set the antenna on, extended over the front of the cab. I made a 90 degree bracket and bolted it on the front on the right hand console to put the ram mount on. On the inside of the plastic on the right hand console I put another steel plate to stiffen. Hope this helps
