i see alot of red flags with your plan, might go and ask somone who cash rented a bunch of ground when corn was $7 and ask them how that is working now. fyi, never plan to sell when you need money, sell when its most profitable for you. the bank will loan you money to make more money, that is the goal for both of you. good luck
