That's interesting. Here the low was around 85-87.....never really got much traction till the mid 90's...Still remember a prime quarter bringing 1100 in 1991 and everybody thought the guy was gonna go broke. Would have went for well north of 10 last fall, probably still 9 today.
Very little land on the market locally today. Like zero.
