SE MT | LODI, first off their are 3 different futures markets for trading wheat and each try to represent a different type of wheat. I've come to believe they are all in bed together.
So here are two examples for you to study about protein premiums:
First one is for HRWinter based off the KCBOT market, currently not much change, also HRW likes 11.5 pro for a baseline.
Second one show lots of protein premiums/discounts for Dark Northern Spring DNS based off of Minn Wheat futures. Also 14 pro is the baseline usually.
