Last week the rail bid on 11.00 protein was just $.05 below 13.0 protein wheat. I do look for the higher protein K C Wheat to improve vs ordinary later this fall. Very few end users take delivery vs. the K C futures and I do not think there is any scale for higher delivery on futures in K C Wheat. Not sure on HRS.
Question for the wheat guys who are familiar with futures...
