Eroding trust & confidence destroys currencies. Last week on the way into Bangkok, I saw a giant golden billboard that proclaimed - the Renminbi, the new world currency. That was its only purpose. A huge billboard dedicated to just that statement. A manifestation of eroding trust and confidence in the US dollar. - The perception of the US dollar as world currency is under attack. |
