| No, I don't buy the conspiracy theories either. Don't need them to explain what is going on. Just like the price of gold - don't need conspiracy theories - it's just normal market behavior.
ZIRP is zero interest rate policy. They know that they are destroying pension funds, but they are too terrified of the alternative to do anything different. This tells me, better than anything else, how dangerous the situation is. They are willing to destroy the pension funds - that is about as scary as it gets, IMHO. | |
