Southeast Colorado | I am in an area that has finally gone over 20 inches of rain in the last FOUR years combined. Not a lot of grain or profit built up in the last few years. I have survived with custom work and by whatever means possible. No reason to feel sorry for me. I started poor and don't know how to do it any other way. This is admittedly a set back but somehow I still think I'm moving forward. When times are great for farmers......... it is extremely tough for the farmers who are not firmly entrenched. Just too hard to compete with old money. Now we are getting back to what I know. | |

At least we know this corn market will bottom out in about 60 days!
