Casey Iowa | It would b fairly easy for land prices to hang around 10-20% off highs this winter into spring......grain prices stay in tank for 12 -16 months.....just 12-16 months seems like am eternity right.....man when I was 12 1/2 years old that mould b til I was almost 14 and got my legal right to drive with an adult.....that was an eternity....whoops I rambled.....where was I.....oh ya well u r right Delta in 12-16 months if prices r still where they r right now the buyers of ground will b fewer!! And most likely will b paying a lower price than today by 10-20----maybe 30%.....maybe more because u r 100% right land is tied to grain prices "elastically"....imo | |
