NW Montana | For those to young to remember and not students of history land has followed commodities up every 30 years or so and then like commodities remained relatively stable below the artificial high. We are now on the backside headed for the new normal.
I believe we will see class A I state land settle in around 6,000.00 in a couple of years and stay there for quite a while. jmo
