u make some good points, but here is something to thing about.

We did invest in our grain infrastructure as in dump pits, legs in old stuff and lots of new shuttle loaders----we just took the railroad for granted and along came the FRACKING TECHNOLOGY and took grain handling back 15 years because of the one choke point-----rail.

Grain will never beat oil in head to head transportation return. There has to be a balance. I agree with your points mostly and markets correct and change in a hurry.

When all the coal fired electrical generators get changed over to natural gas should free up some engines and people in rail industry.
