| It's good for any investment to take a breather. Especially after the gains land has made the last four years.
For the guys that know land prices are going to be cut in half, just sell every acre you own now and double up on acres when the next bottom is in.
You can't. That's why different rules apply to land ownership.
There will always be guys negative on land prices. And there will always be farms that paid "too much",
