east central ND | Local land auction sale. Land was bought by a big name investor 2 or 3 years ago for 4200. No sale at 3200 for a high bid last week.. Not very good ground, and all the locals were shaking their head when it sold last time. Locals do not even want to rent it for what the management co wanted last spring. Did I mention the management co is also the auction company the last 2 times? They are getting all sorts of fees and commission on this ground! | |
