Missouri | around here those investors are starting to put up the for sale signs on their land. I think they are late. I seen the county and school budget's this week. WOW! If we back up land values to 7 years ago, it won't be just the farmers in trouble. I saw budgets up anywhere from 20% on the school to 1244% higher for the airport. New crop corn here is priced at $2.90. Interest rates can't go down from here. I am amazed that people can't see the beginning of a problem. | |
