I think that for many of the people leasing it's all about convenience. They have the money, they like driving a new vehicle every three years(including the newest bell, whistles and safety features). Their vehicle is always under warranty, and no trade in hassle.

That said, I am not 'they'. I prefer to buy their vehicle after the initial depreciation, which they were so kind to pay for. Besides... I like fixing things.
