Heck if they can hang a criminal charge on for ANY reason ...that just makes the civil deal more likely to win more.
25k...LOL....let's ADD another $3,500,000 for duress ( health and the hog farmers's incriptment of good living standards ).
Things happen to get real "tough" and 1 might bring up some Federal criminal charges liike misprision of a felon AND color of law too.
