| all good comments yes the 100 grand a week is a drop in the bucket to the railways but at least someone is watching, the railways in Canada have been given enormous exemptions and land to not ignore their biggest customer, and yes I think rail rates are going up along with all freight costs and we the farmers are going to pay the bill because we cannot pass the increases cost to the consumer like big oil can, This act dies in 10 weeks so the gov can slap them on the wrist for a million bucks, thats what an engineer friend of mine got from cn for his pension buyout, no manure | |
