I like the dummie/manikin at Russell sale barn http://www.russelllivestockmarket.com/ The dummie, dressed as a cowboy, sits near the front and has an obvious line running from his hand up to the rafters and over to the auctioneers crows nest. Anytime the auctioneer needs a bid he can pull the line. Wish I had a pic.
