I live in cottonwood cty. Still feel I will have some of the best corn and beans I've raised in the last 30 years. I went to a field days last week and couldn't believe the potential out there.yes it was test plots but compared to other years still impressive. I realize not everywhere is great but if you didn't freeze you got another 2-3 weeks and some great weather coming up to finish this crop off. Good luck and a safe harvest


I realize there are some good areas, question is, as a state will we do 170? Wasn't 165 our highest we have been? I really don't know, but a lot of my corn would fall into usda,s g/e category, and looks like jptfarms corn, except on the outside 30 rows where it looks real good.
