i just use regular curtain material, cut appropriately, with about a 2 inch overlap on small holes. the glue i get from hog slat, if i remember i'll look today to see what brand it is.     also i didn't think it was too big of a deal, my sons think i over think things sometimes, or being anal was the exact word.     but i clean the area to be patched with rubbing alcohol  before i apply the glue, maybe that's the trick.      anyway the glue has pretty specific instructions for use, and if i don't follow them(ie, get in a hurry)  then the success rate is less.
