NW Ohio | From what I've been seeing in Ohio, prices are all over the board. Depends on how much pressure is there from development, gas drilling, oil, mineral rights, pipelines, etc. Around here, which I know is NW Ohio and close to central Ohio, farms have sold for as much as 12k/ac, and now are selling for 8,500-3,400 (lowest I have personally seen) per acre. Just seems to really be dependant on who has money, how badly they want it, and a whole slew of other factors. | |
