1947 Ford. I think 9N (but I'm not sure). Raking hay. Brakes really sucked on that tractor so I had to stand up on the brakes and pull down on the steering wheel to get the tractor to stop. I was about 7 years old at the time.
Another time, dad was combining oats at grandma's farm about 4 miles away. I had to take a gravity box of oats home. Drove the entire way on the road in 2nd gear.
