First off keep in mind that's a buy offer.. probably will take $.25 or more to own it.. Then HOW MUCH does he have at that level.. more than a truck load or two..  maybe 85% is going into storage.. or more..

Then it's 200 miles apart..  or something around $.30 AND it's harvest.. which you can make that about $.45 IF you can even FIND any trucks.. so.. ???

And some of these yards can only dump a truck in 45 minutes.. can you find people to sit in line during harvest..???

Right down the road I can find $.20 better bids over there..
