Actually, I dont expect the lower targets to be fulfilled in 2014 - but at a later date - maybe 1- 2 years out.
Thats the big concern I have -  - which would nmean this is going to be a longer drawn out affair
then many are expecting - or that anyone wants to see.  Monthlys take a long time to play out.
I hope I'm wrong.

I agree - Targets are moving or fleeting at times - but the Target area is what is important --
One can then be prepared to act on proper Px action
