IF you could have just one (1) wish for YOURSELF what would it be?

To clarify, you can't wish for world peace or universal cancer cure or something that changes the entire world.  

It has to be something for you.  Examples would be thinner, taller, more hair, less hair, good health, hearing, sight, money, inner peace, better looking, are some examples.

Not, a better spouse or better children (everybody on here already has the best kids and spouses anyway)
