I agree in the short term people have gotten used to these land prices and won't sell if they don't get it. BUT I think the big fly in that ointment is that "Here" a lot of the land is owned by 65+ year old people. In the next 5-10 years they are going to start selling if they want to or not or their estate will. I bet half the land in Ont will be sold in the next 15 years. If it leaves the family or changes operators who knows, but it will change owners. | |
