To see average/below average farmground turned into grass for pasture? Another full year of low soybean/corn acres and another year of record high cattle prices?
I'd be lying is I said I wasn't considered turning some land next to pastures into grass for a few years.
Neighbor here seed down a 40 to grass this spring. Had been farmed for along time(like 30+ years). Another different neighbor just got done fencing off a farm and will seed it down this fall or next spring. This isnt in junk land area either. Both guys are big cattleman too. | 
What is it going to take?
