I have been following the news concerning the upcoming vote for Scottish independence and it occurred to me that if Scotland does choose independence Canada could serve as a model for how that might go.
Without considering any of the politics but just the economics would you Canadians care to offer an opinion as to whether it could have been better for you to have more closely integrated with the United States earlier in our histories. |
