Callao, Missouri | Wow, over an extra foot of rain than the rest of the state. Although I'd like to take credit for those 'Missouri smarts', that wasn't my number. It was a weather service statistic, of which I did not cite the source (so mark as invalid if you wish).
The same site listed Missouri as being only an inch or two greater in average precip. So I guess one rain really can make a crop in your area? lol.
Its disheartning to see the lack of reply to the majority of my post, which was explaining why the flood situation left a lot of people unprepared. Perhaps we'd rather bicker about odd tangents rather than the actual questions.
Since this is already on page two, I conceed. After all, there's no use arguing if no one else will listen.
