+1 Deere driver, the cattle man not only had to buy additional feed in them years of drought but did so when feed was at a record high price, the $ amount of the grazing assistance program payment is a considerable amount but no where close to the actual extra expenses cattleman endured in them years to maintain herd #'s, .......like the USDA has never helped the grain farmer? Yeah right
