You hit the nail EXACTLY on the head!
First, Plowboy states that he get 15" on a routine basis and then, in a later post, states that he's seen it a "couple of times". Plowboy and I are about the same age. If he's see these 15" rainfalls a "couple of times" in his (approx.) 40 years, that is FAR from "routine".
I always have said he will argue simply for the sake of arguing.
