I'm curious how this should work. I rented out 40 ac in pasture in 2012 & 13 on a per head/day basis in NE. As the landlord in this case I lost out on because they weren't on for very long so rent wasn't great. We've never discussed this but should I get a piece of this because I really didn't have much over taxes for 2012 especially. Not trying to be greedy about it just want to be fair.
