Near Intersection of I-35 & I-90 Southern Mn. | My first personal computer was an Apple IIe system. It consisted of the Apple IIe and two 5.25" disk drives along with a Green screen monitor and a dot matrix printer.
Later I bought a 5 Mg hard drive. I believe they called it Profile. This used the ProDOS operating system. I think it retailed for about $1000. I still have it up in the attic.
I was just on a fishing trip to Canada this week. The driver pointed out a strange looking old Gas Station in Northern Minnesota that was supposedly designed by Frank Lloyd Wright. This reminded my of my college days and Art Appreaction 101 where I first heard of Frank Lloyd Wright. I then started telling my story about my problems with Art Apprecation 101. I releated that the course was on Black & White TV. The tests were on TV also. We recorded our responses on Punch Cards.
Of course the younger guys riding with us had no idea what I meant by Punch Cards.
