You want to see pathetic you should see it around me. I was in a couple fields with some neighbors that do fall anhydrous and it was some of the worst corn I have ever seen for the area. Guys that had a little better N program are doing better, but we have major N deficiency around me. The fields really turned yellow on top the last 10 days. There is nothing left to bring it home, and it has a long way to go for maturity. Really tough to here about the giant crop when it been complete garbage here all year.


I hear you. Beans look decent here (south of the mn river) but almost wish the corn would get destroyed so we don't have to see what it yields. Not excited for it at all. I agree its hard to hear about all these awesome yields. At least high yields would make a guy feel good with the lower prices. Walked in the corn yesterday. Poor stands, tip back, small ears. one stalk will have a nice ear, the next is crap. No way MN will average what they say.
