New Mexico | starting with the early June storms that were West to East from Torrington WY, Bayard NE, etc...thru Southern IA, MO etc.
AND it was storm after sttorm.. the Pilgore NE storm came later.
Basically ( Except for MO ) a LOT of Everything West of the Mississippi River is kinda "spotty" as far as making any kind of supposed record yields.
( they Might make a long term average...but it's no record. MO )
