You hit it on the head Ben, but one or two guys having problems can make a big splash in a small area. I really think bankers aren't too worried even about 2015. Most guys have plenty of working capital and a pretty good intermediate position. If things don't improve by renewal season for 2016, that's when the tough conversations will start.
Most guys have a little owned land and some cheaper rents with maybe a couple higher rent farms. Its the guys with lots of iron payments and high rents that will be in the worst shape. After the banker is done with them, uncle sam will come calling and a lot of the remaining equity will be gone.
