Somewhere in the Delta | This to the guys spouting off about people that have paid for their land (not inherited). It is stated that they should be flush with cash and be able to self finance. It's obvious they have never made land payments. The interest is deductible, but the principle payments are made with after tax income. It's pretty hard to build cash reserves while paying for a significant portion of your land base. | |
