How much do you think it will drop BC? Percent wise. Just a guess into the area where gross value of crop x 9.5 crops ought to be close. A 150 aph farm x $3.75 bu.x9.5 crops is $5343acre. per tillable acre.that kind of ground here would currently bring around $8500, which is down from 6 months ago by 10-15 percent. Prolly needs go down another 37 percent. Will be interesting to look back at this thread in 3 years and see how close to accurate my assumption is. |
