Let's see how aggressive and ready to pay those 10 young guns are about 48 hours prior to the March 1 cash rent payment being due, and their banker still hasn't approved them for operating money if corn is sub-$3 then.
The month of march is a fine time to pick up a little more ground when the newly former tenant has only produced excuses instead of a check by the March 1 payment deadline.
Actually, can the LL dump the tenant in Iowa if they don't pay, or does the September 1 notification requirement prevent that?
