| Scillfarmer - 9/7/2014 23:04 Rents won't be going down. If a tenant tried to lower it around here the landlord would have 10 young guns at his door ready to pay. Just the way it is. No sour grapes, I'm happy where we are and don't play the game. But, it affects the rest of us to a degree.
Let's see how aggressive and ready to pay those 10 young guns are about 48 hours prior to the March 1 cash rent payment being due, and their banker still hasn't approved them for operating money if corn is sub-$3 then. |
