NW Montana | I disagree as rents are what drive land prices and will drop before land price does ...at least in the I states. The investor doesn't care about commodity prices as much as he cares about roi and risk. Rents are dropping here by 10 to 25% on those open for negotiation. Land may come off 5% or so this year. nest year will be a larger drop more in line with drop in roi.
