That thinks this talking rent down is a little comical. I have about thirty plus landlords and we gave them a bump the last couple years. I wasn't out there bidding up my neighbors but I don't see us trying to ask for that back . I just ran some numbers and there is good profit there to be had. I THINK you need to quit spending so much on inputs and snake oils and grow a good profitable crop. I know I can grow more with less with my farming practices. I wish I had some BTO around me trying to lower rents then it might give a young guy a chance again. (sorry for the rant)!!
